Hakim Group return with regional roadshows to support practice development

Following a successful inauguration, Hakim Group has returned with their second annual regional roadshows to support independent practices to thrive.

Roadshows were held in Bolton, Winchester, Warwick and Edinburgh throughout June to give practices the chance to take part in workshops and one-to-one sessions with teams helping them access tools to help grow their businesses.

Among the attendees was Eddie Russell, Practice Partner at Hakim Group practice, Salmoni Opticians in Perth and has been with the group for a year, said: “The roadshows have been a fantastic opportunity not just for networking with other people in the industry and the HG team but also for learning about what we can do as a practice.

“We always like to think we’re doing the best we can do but I can honestly say I’ve done a lot of learning today and I’m really excited to take that back to the practice; most notably, how to improve my project management and how to be a better coach.

“It’s really important to hear advice on these things not just from our peers but from those who are specific experts in topics such as project management and are able to coach us in the best way possible.”

The roadshows are the latest in a long line of initiatives which show how Hakim Group works hard to maintain a positive culture across the independent sector and support its partners.

The events will be returning annually due to popular demand and a positive reception to further support practice partners within the group as well as other independent practices across the U.K. and Ireland.
